This is the first time that Tessa was really *aware* of what she was seeing at the zoo. We went to look at the black bear, and it walked right in front of her (with lots of glass between!) Tessa-Lynn was just mesmerized - squealing "Bewh, Bewh, Bewh" (Bear)! The zoo has a sand-box area, and Tessa enjoyed her freedom from the stroller by wandering the sand-box with a shovel in her hand.
Alex loved walking through the "Northwest" section of the zoo, that leads down to the "farm". There is a John Deere tractor that is a *must* for Alex to see and ride anytime we go to the zoo. The zoo train is also a big hit with both of the kids!
At lunch time, Alex started getting so tired, we decided to call it a day. Tessa-Lynn could have kept going for a while, although she "gave in to the nap" when we got in the car.

Hi guys. I have been wondering how you have been and it looks from the May photos you are all having a wonderful summer. The kids are growing!!! I love the pics of Alex pulling both Sara and Tessa in the wagon from his jeep. hahaha. The one of Tessa standing up in the wagon is a very brave one; very adventures and happy soul.
